Notes: Vancouver, BC based luthier Shelley Park has built a worldwide following for her exquisitely crafted Selmer/Maccaferri style gypsy jazz guitars. Park guitars have become prized on both sides of the Atlantic for their beauty, power and ultra-meticulous craftsmanship.

Modeled after the Selmer "Petit Bouche" used by Django, this Park Encore has the long 670mm scale for exceptional power and projection. Crafted from the most sought-after prewar style tonewoods, this stunning example has back and sides bookmatched from exquisitely figured solid Brazilian Rosewood, and a soundboard of scarce Adirondack spruce, the lightest and strongest variety of the species.

Lovingly maintained in immaculate condition, the guitar is 100% original and appears virtually unplayed, with a vintage style amber toned lacquer finish. At a scant 4lb 5oz, the guitar is featherlight and immaculately constructed, with a Bigtone pickup and endpin jack, authentic art deco DR tailpiece, and ultra-premium engraved gold Waverly tuners.

An outstanding opportunity to skip the wait list and bag this classic model, with the scarcest and most desirable tonewoods on the planet. One only: call now.

Setup: This instrument is strung with light gauge silvered steel strings (.011-.052). The guitar will accommodate lighter or heavier gauge strings, according to preference. String action is set at 5/64" to 6/64" at the 12th fret, with moderate relief for acoustic playing with medium strings. The action may be lowered or raised to your requirements with the adjustable bridge.

Case: Original black deluxe arched hardshell case.
