Materials: Solid Honduras mahogany neck; tiger flame maple top, figured mahogany body; solid 22 fret mahogany neck; solid rosewood fingerboard with compound radius.

Notes: The CS-336 is an innovative guitar, designed to offer a compact 14" thinline style body distinctly lighter than conventional 335 style guitars, and permitting unimpeded access to the entire range of the compound radius 22 fret fingerboard. The successor to the Paul Jackson Jr. ES-346, this contemporary Custom Shop version adds vintage touches with a '50's style peghead profile, and all-nickel hardware including classic Kluson style tulip key tuners.
This example is in virtually unplayed condition, with a hollowed tone chamber body of rare flamed mahogany, a handsome complement to the tiger flame maple top. Weight is just 6lb 9oz. (3kg.) A highly versatile instrument for the working performer, the model is a hard-to find guitar on the vintage market. This example comes complete with Custom Shop certificate and all tags and accessories.
Setup: Trussrod tension and neck relief adjusted; bridge height adjusted; bridge compensation set; bridge wheels and tuners lubricated; fingerboard and bridge oiled; body and neck cleaned and hand polished.
Case: Original Gibson black plush hardshell case.
