Nut Width: 1 3/4" Scale length: 24.9" Lower bout: 14 3/8"

Materials: Solid bookmatched figured mahogany top, back, sides and neck; solid ebony fingerboard, bridge, bridgepins and heelcap; solid bone nut; compensated bone saddle; gold Waverly open back tuners with grained ivoroid buttons; swirl tortoise pickguard, inlaid ; abalone peghead logo and soundhole rosette.

Notes: The Santa Cruz Model 00 is a loving tribute to the classic Martin 00-17 of the early 1930's. With its 12 fret all-mahogany body, the Model 00 is a featherlight marvel, weighing in at an astounding 3lb 6oz. Like its legendary namesake, the Santa Cruz 00 has vintage style appointments including scalloped bracing, solid ebony fingerboard and pyramid bridge, and the small swirl tortoise pickguard.

The elongated all-mahogany body lends an appealing sweetness and warmth to the tone, and the generous 1 3/4" nut is ideal for both finger or pick style play. The neck profile is a traditional prewar style gentle V shape, and the action is smooth and low over fine vintage style fretwork.

This model, now renamed the '1929-00', features some premium touches unseen on newer releases, including the colorful Paua abalone soundhole rosette and peghead logo, as well as the gold Waverly tuners, with grained ivoroid keys. This wonderful example has been kept in gleaming condition: simple, elegant and tasteful, the Santa Cruz 00 is a Depression Era favorite, reimagined for the 21st Century. One only: call now.

Setup: This instrument is strung with light gauge bronze strings (.012-.054). The guitar will accommodate lighter strings, according to preference.

Case: Original deluxe arched plush lined fitted black hardshell case.
