Notes: The most popular and imitated electric guitar of all time, the Fender Stratocaster was introduced in 1954. This brilliant Custom Shop Reissue combines faithful vintage styling with flawless modern performance. The aged parchment guard and knob set are pure mid-50's accurate, while the triple Noiseless pickups deliver 21st Century freedom from hum and noise, while retaining the classic clarity and crunch of the legendary original single coils.
The highly figured birdseye neck is a stunning addition, with a generous 1 11/16" nut, traditional 9.5" radius, and technicolor abalone inlays in the solid maple fingerboard. Not to be confused with the mass- market import versions, this gleaming guitar is entirely US made in the Fender Custom Shop in Corona, California, and supplied with it's Certificate of Authenticity, Owner's Manual, accessory kit and original hardshell case. An exceptionally handsome example of Fender's most iconic guitar, tastefully updated for the demanding contemporary player.
Setup: This instrument is strung with light gauge nickel strings (.010). The guitar will accommodate lighter or heavier gauge strings, according to preference. String action is set at 5/64" to 6/64" at the 12th fret, with moderate relief. The action may be lowered or raised to your requirements with the adjustable bridge.
Case: Original Fender G&G black tolex rectangular hardshell case with red plush lining.
