Notes: He spent over a decade with Stephane Grappelli. Recorded with Chet Atkins, David Grisman, Tommy Emmanuel, among other legends. And became one of the preminent solo jazz guitarists on the planet. Martin Taylor's fingerstyle arrangements have set a standard for the instrument, and propelled him to worldwide prominence. And then he designed a guitar.

The Maestro is the premium version of the Peerless Martin Taylor series, a design whose comfort, playability and performance are, one might say, without peer. Carved of all solid tonewoods, the Maestro's compact, slimmed depth 15" body sits snugly in the lap or on the strap, and offers acoustic resonance unmatched by ordinary laminate archtops.

The generous 1 3/4" ebony fingerboard is ideal for finger or pick style play, and the gentle D neck profile is solid and easy in the palm, with smooth low action over a fresh high-precision setup, on the solid ebony fingerboard. The Kent Armstrong floating JS pickup is fully adjustable, and offers smooth, faithful response, while minimizing hum and extraneous noise.

This outstanding example is in virtually unplayed condition, and offers matchless versatility, unparalleled comfort, and elegant good looks. And a solid best buy in a true carved tonewood jazz guitar. One only: call now.

Setup: Trussrod tension and neck relief adjusted; bridge height adjusted; bridge compensation set; bridge wheels and tuners lubricated; fingerboard and bridge oiled; body and neck cleaned and hand polished.

Case: Original black deluxe arched plush lined hardshell case.
