Handbuilt to the highest standards of craft, the Collings I-30LC is a stunning custom quality semi-hollow thinline electric instrument. Taking the beloved Gibson ES-330 as a starting point, the I-30 is crafted of custom tonewoods including the figured maple body and Honduras mahogany neck.

With its unique trestle braced design, the I-30 enhances sustain, with enhanced feedback resistance. And at a mere 5lb 4oz, the instrument is notably lighter than its Gibson predecessor, with premium touches including an extended tenon neck, and twin Jason Lollar Dog-Ear pickups, with their clear, open fidelity.

The classic '59 style full C profile neck offers smooth low action over gleaming Plek'd medium nickel-silver fretwire, with a fresh high-precision setup. The tone is clear and detailed, with the brilliant responsiveness of the classic P-90 style single coil pickups.

This striking instrument is in 100% original condition, and appears all but unplayed, with its clear protector sheet still attached to the pickguard. Delightful to hold, and thrilling to play: Collings again takes an all time favorite to the next level. One only: call now.

Setup: This instrument is strung with light gauge nickel roundwound strings. The guitar will accommodate lighter or heavier gauge strings, according to preference. String action is set at 4/64" to 5/64" at the 12th fret, with moderate relief for acoustic playing with medium strings. The action may be lowered or raised to your requirements with the adjustable bridge.

Case: Original Collings arched black plush lined hardshell case.
